Yoga and Zumba Sessions

As a part of our regular tenant engagement activity, we organized a month-long activity of free Yoga & Zumba sessions for tenant employees led by trainer professional instructors, which was initiated on July 17, 2023. The event witnessed great response across assets with over 800+ individuals joining in for a step towards a healthy lifestyle.

Inali Foundation Camp

Making a positive contribution to the communities where we operate is fundamental to our way of doing business. In August 2022, we were a part of a larger drive wherein we had partnered with Inali Foundation, an organization that provides affordable prosthetic limbs to people in India. Over 100 prosthetic hands were rehabilitated. Coming together and contributing towards this noble cause, there were camps held across our campuses in Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai to help people with upper limb disabilities.

Euphoria 

Euphoria 2023, a spectacular event held during the month of January 2023, marked a remarkable celebration that resonated across our North and East campuses. This event brought together a diverse community to share in the festive spirit and to support the #TreesofHope2023 initiative, to make it a better world, together. The event was held across 5 campuses spanning 3 different cities. With over 4500 participants, the event created a vibrant atmosphere filled with music, celebrations, and entertainment.

Holi Celebration

The Holi Celebration event was organized at each campus of Candor TechSpace on March 2 and 3. The event spanned three cities, encompassing five campuses, and involving the participation of more than 4,500 people. It offered an unforgettable experience for our tenants and employees, who revelled in the joy of this colourful festival while strengthening their sense of community. The event featured mesmerizing dance performances, soulful fusion and folk music, lively emcee engagement, and a delightful array of food stalls within a bustling flea market. Together, these elements transformed our campuses into cultural hubs, fostering unity and cultural inclusivity. As we reflect on these celebrations, we are reminded of the power of festive events to bring people together, further reinforcing our commitment to cultivating a dynamic and diverse workplace environment.

Qriosity

Community and collaboration are at the core of what we do, creating spaces where people truly want to be. Commencing on the eve of India's 77th Independence Day, Qriosity 2023 unfolded across seven cities, culminating in a grand event at Candor TechSpace, Sector 21, Gurugram. This initiative, featuring over 2000 participants paying homage to India's history, present, and future, was meticulously designed to nurture a positive corporate culture and foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among all participants. Ploggers Drive

Running is good for your health. Picking up litter is good for the planet’s health. Why not combine the two? That is the idea behind ‘plogging’, a fitness trend where people (or ‘ploggers’) pick up litter while jogging. Plogging not only helps make the Earth cleaner, but also benefits our own health.To promote fitness and cleanliness among urban millennials, Candor TechSpace joined hands with Ploggers of India to organise a ‘plogging’ drive at its campuses in Gurugram and Noida. The idea was to encourage participants to pick up the litter (especially plastic waste) when jogging, as part of their regular routine.
The event kicked off with a briefing about the plan for the day and a light, warm-up activity for 15 minutes. This was followed by a plogging drive for 30-40 minutes which saw 100 participants plogging over an approximately 3-km stretch around each campus and collecting 30-40 bags of litter. The drive culminated with an insightful discussion on the impact of plastic on the environment and ways to avoid the use of single-use plastic. It also empowered them to engage with the community by letting them raise awareness through interactive dialogues.
