The Brookfield India Real Estate Trust comprises of grade-A commercial assets located in four major cities – Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata. These cities have exhibited strong economic fundamentals, healthy demand across sectors and quality supply addition of office space, which are critical drivers for the real estate sector.

Our REIT Portfolio of five large campus-format office parks, which are “business-critical” totals to 18.6 M sf, comprising 13.9 M sf of Completed Area, 0.2 M sf of the Under Construction Area and 4.4 M sf of Future Development Potential and comprises of Kensington, Powai, Mumbai, Candor TechSpace, Sector 21, Gurugram, Candor TechSpace, Sector 62, Noida, Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida and Candor TechSpace, Rajarhat, Kolkata.
