Central Courtyard Inauguration

The newly designed central courtyard offers a unique work environment which makes the daily routine feel anything but ordinary. Mr. Bikram Ajjan, General Manager, India, Aristocrat and the entire team were present to inaugurate this self-sustaining habitat. Featuring a central Bonsai, mosaic art, wooden decks, and interactive open spaces, this courtyard is set to breathe life into our campus. It is a hub for our tenants and employees, providing a space to connect, create, and collaborate.

Candor TechSpace N2 is a thoughtfully developed campus located on Noida-Greater Noida expressway. It offers modern, functional office spaces designed to support the IT/ITeS ecosystem. The campus is anchored by a vibrant central courtyard and enriched with native landscaping and tranquil green zones that foster interaction and rejuvenation. While retail details are not specified, the environment is shaped by a seamless blend of design and nature. Euphoria 

Euphoria 2023, a spectacular event held during the month of January 2023, marked a remarkable celebration that resonated across our North and East campuses. This event brought together a diverse community to share in the festive spirit and to support the #TreesofHope2023 initiative, to make it a better world, together. The event was held across 5 campuses spanning 3 different cities. With over 4500 participants, the event created a vibrant atmosphere filled with music, celebrations, and entertainment.

Yoga and Zumba Sessions

As a part of our regular tenant engagement activity, we organized a month-long activity of free Yoga & Zumba sessions for tenant employees led by trainer professional instructors, which was initiated on July 17, 2023. The event witnessed great response across assets with over 800+ individuals joining in for a step towards a healthy lifestyle.

Trees of Hope

Brookfield Properties partnered with Smile Foundation, a Mumbai-based non-profit organization, to launch the ‘Trees of Hope’ 2023 initiative to support child education. As a part of the initiative, ‘Trees of Hope’ were installed in 14 campuses across eight cities. These installations became center points to connect, collaborate, and drive meaningful conversations. For every ten posts uploaded on social media with the hashtag TreesofHope2023, Brookfield Properties pledged to sponsor a child's education. The cause brought our employees, tenant network, and community members together.

IPL Screening

From June to August, we decided to take things up a notch by introducing live screenings of Indian Premier League (IPL) matches at our campuses across India. We organized screenings for four matches at each of our campuses, attracting thousands of tenants who gathered to enjoy the matches on expansive LED screens. This initiative provided them with a valuable opportunity to relax and collectively support their favourite teams. The screening venues were filled with the fervour that cricket uniquely inspires in India. Additionally, we introduced the Cricket Mania 2023 contest, allowing participants to make predictions online and win exciting prizes. We awarded 4 Royal Enfield motorcycles and 55 smartphones as grand prizes to winners from across India.

Holi Celebration

Holi Celebration event was organized at each campus of Candor TechSpace on March 2 and 3. The event took place in 3 cities, 5 campuses and with the particiaption of more than 4,500 people. The event provided an unforgettable experience for our tenants and employees, who revelled in the joy of this colourful festival while strengthening their sense of community. The event featured mesmerizing dance performances, soulful fusion and folk music, lively emcee engagement and a delightful array of food stalls with a bustling flea market. Together, these elements transformed our campuses into cultural hubs, fostering unity and cultural inclusivity. As we reflect on these celebrations, we are reminded of the power of festive events to bring people together, further reinforcing our commitment to cultivating a dynamic and diverse workplace environment.

Qriosity

Community and collaboration are at the core of what we do, creating spaces where people truly want to be. Commencing on the eve of India's 77th Independence Day, Qriosity 2023 unfolded across seven cities, culminating in a grand event at Candor TechSpace, Sector 21, Gurugram. This initiative, featuring over 2000 participants paying homage to India's history, present, and future, was meticulously designed to nurture a positive corporate culture and foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among all participants. At Brookfield Properties, we create inspiring holistic experiences that redefine how people and places come together.

RICS Faculty and Student Visit

The event was about the visit of an international group of students from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and faculty from the University of New Castle, Australia to Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida on 20th June, for a camp on “Sustainable Built Environment Practices in India”. This was a 60-minute site tour followed by a 30-minute presentation to showcase the “Sustainable Built Environment Practices” followed at Brookfield Properties. The site visit emphasized sustainable practices implemented during design, construction, and operation.

Pride March

Strength through diversity’ is one of the key tenets at Brookfield Properties. Our culture is defined by collaboration and equal representation at all levels. This year, we held our first annual Pride March, to celebrate and support the LGBTQIA+ community. With over 2300+ registrations and 1500+ participants across five cities walking along, it was a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and equality in their beautiful forms. We painted the campuses with the vibrant colors of pride, accompanied by the tunes of the jukebox and the uplifting beats of the brass band. The march challenged prejudices, and served as a reminder that every person deserves respect, dignity and equal treatment. To ensure the event generates long-term societal change, we announced an innovative initiative in collaboration with the Pride Circle Foundation: PrideED aims to provide opportunities for students to work on projects that promote LGBTQIA+ inclusion in society. The fellowship program has already attracted talented students, and we plan to make significant investments to support their efforts. We believe that creating an inclusive and supportive culture is essential, not just on our campuses but also in society at large. This initiative represents our commitment to fostering an environment where all can truly thrive, with equal respect and opportunities at their workplace.
